Founded more than 26 years ago, Panny’s Chocolate Factory has grown from a small chocolate factory on the Gold Coast into one of Phillip Island’s well-known family attractions, built through a love of chocolate making and creating memorable experiences for visitors of all ages.
Still proudly family-owned and operated, the factory combines handmade chocolates, interactive experiences, chocolate production, games, and family fun all under one roof.

No, we are a walk-in venue. Bookings are not required for the cafe and tickets for the chocolate tour experience can be purchased on-site. During busy periods such as weekends, school holidays, and public holidays, we recommend arriving early.
Yes, we are open on most public holidays.
Please note we open at 11:30am on Anzac Day (25th April) and are closed on Christmas Eve (24th December) and Christmas Day (25th December).
Yes! All paid guests receive a chocolate ticket on entry.
You’ll also enjoy samples from our penguin sampling robot, including milk, white, and dark chocolate. You’ll also get to taste your own creation from our popular “Squirl Machine,” where you can make a fresh chocolate design to enjoy straight away.
