You should allow a minimum of 45 minutes to 1 hour to really enjoy yourself and get some great photos, plus interact with the attractions. You may even want to stop for some lunch in our cafe and browse through our retail shop. On peak busy days it may take longer as more people are in the factory.
Chocolate production varies throughout the day and may include handmade chocolate making, automated moulding machines, or both in operation.
Production generally finishes between 3:30pm and 4:00pm. Visitors arriving after 4:00pm can still enjoy the interactive displays, exhibits, games, and touchscreen experiences throughout the tour.
In our new production area, interactive touchscreens provide a behind-the-scenes look at how the chocolate machines operate, including detailed explanations and views inside the machinery when production is not running.
Please note that maintenance or technical issues may occasionally affect production viewing.
Open everyday, 10am to 5pm.
Last tour admission at 4pm.
Closed: Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, 24th and 25th December 2023
We have plenty of free parking available for all visitors.
