Can we see chocolate being made on the tour?
Yes! Our tour includes a guided viewing area where you can watch our chocolates being made.
Our recently upgraded production facility features both traditional handmade chocolate techniques and modern moulding machines. Depending on the day and production schedule, you may see one or both in operation.
To enhance your experience, interactive touchscreens throughout the viewing area provide behind-the-scenes videos and close-up insights into how each machine works—so you won’t miss any of the action happening inside the equipment.
Please note that production typically runs until 4:00pm. Guests visiting later in the day, or close to this time, may not see the full production process in action.
How long does the experience take?
The recommended time to complete the experience is around 45 minutes to one hour to complete.
As the tour is self-guided, you’re welcome to explore at your own pace and spend as much time as you like enjoying the exhibits.
The only guided component is in the production viewing area, where our team will walk you through how our chocolates are made.
What are the timings for the tour?

Once you have purchased your ticket you can start exploring.

What is the last entry time?
